Remote position within the Troy MI. area with occasional visits to Kelly Corporate Headquarters

Overview:

Responsible and accountable for contributing to an enterprise architecture that sets the technical direction for the company globally. 

The Identity discipline is an essential and crucial component forming the foundation of secure, authenticated, assured, and controlled access to all Kelly systems for all Kelly employees (FTE, Temp, Contractors), Kelly Talent, Vendors, Suppliers, Customers, Business to Business and Business to consumer/talent services.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Skills and experience to be the Identity Architect for today, as well have a proven capability to think “beyond the walls” of Kelly to ensure that future solutions have the right Identity and Security Architecture Governance.

  • The vision, technical experience, academic and technical rigor and discipline to architect three, five and even ten-year solution that ensures ease of use, Identity Assurance, Security for Kelly, Kelly Talent, Kelly Employees and Kelly Services

  • It is expected the candidate will have professionalism, strength of character and interpersonal skills to ensure consensus and momentum when working with other teams within both IT and the broader populace in Kelly Services.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

  • Provide an authoritative point of leadership and vision for Identity and Access Governance and Information Security, authoring and owning the architecture and roadmaps for

  • Identity, Access Management and Governance (IAM and IAG) services

  • Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)

  • Customer (and Supplier, and Temp) Identity and Access Management (CIAM)

  • Directory Services, PKI for Kelly, and Kelly Acquisitions

  • Provide associated definition and oversight of services for

  • Authentication and Assurance

  • CIAM

  • Directories and Attribute stores (Metaverse)

  • PKI as a service

  • Serve as Identity and Access technical lead, participating and/or leading Project and change activities.

  • Provide consultancy and 4th Level Support for IAM and PKI

Key technical skills:

  • Identity

  • SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, SCIM, NPS, LDS, LDAP, DirSync, Least Privilege, RBAC, CIAM

  • Microsoft: Entra/Azure AD, Active Directory (and related tools / services e.g., MIM, PIM, Entra Tool sets, DirSync, GPO; B2B and B2C, Akamai Identity Cloud, Ping Identity

  • Digital Certificates (Certificate Authority, Public Key Infrastructure (CA/PKI)

  • Demonstrated academic and technical grasp of ‘future Identity’ technologies and capabilities e.g.

  • Metaverse

  • Blockchain

  • Bring your Own Identity

Information Security Skills:

  • Practical experience with information security and data privacy principles.

  • Knowledge of standard security tools – security frameworks 

Business related skills:

  • Expert financial planning, budgeting & financial management skills 

  • Ability to translate business requirements into enterprise architecture strategies.

  • Ability to rapidly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies and how they might be applied to the enterprise.

  • Expert in industry standard PM methodologies & practices

Enterprise Focus:

  • Works under limited direction with an advanced understanding of Kelly’s portfolio of solutions/applications

  • Responsible for ensuring the solution alternatives (build/buy) meet current and future business needs.

  • Accountable for design and development of solutions and ensures these align to Kelly’s architectural standards.

  • Education: Bachelor or higher Degree in IT/Engineering/Data Sciences/Business Administration (or related fields)

  • Experience: 15+ years of progressive experience with significant exposure to multiple platforms and demonstrated leadership ability.  Recognized expert in multiple technologies, processes, and/or methodologies
