Quality Improvement Specialist – Remote US

Public Partnerships LLC supports individuals with disabilities or chronic illnesses and aging adults, to remain in their homes and communities and “self” direct their own long-term home care. Our role as the nation’s largest and most experienced Financial Management Service provider is to assist those eligible Medicaid recipients to choose and pay for their own support workers and services within their state-approved personalized budget. We are appointed by states and managed healthcare organizations to better serve more of their residents and members requiring long-term care and ensure the efficient use of taxpayer funded services.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis on processes and performance of operational teams and individual team members

· Audits, tracks, trends and reports data to determine organizational quality and timeline standards

· Identifies process and performance challenges, errors and delays from a departmental level to an individual performer level

· Captures and identifies improvement, automation and standardization opportunities

· Maintains documents / spreadsheets with analytical and performance data

· Creates presentations, summaries, reports of audit findings and recommendations for management

· Assists with analyzing audit touch points for the leanest method in producing quality data

· Participates in discussions / meetings with cross-functional teams

· Develops interrelationships amongst operational departments, including various role and leadership positions

· Delivers quality and timely results

· Projects a professional demeanor; maintain a positive attitude and team player orientation

Qualifications:

Education: High school or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred

Experience: 2+ years’ experience performing quality analysis; Knowledge of Microsoft Office toolset (specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Quick data processing skills is a must

The base pay for this role is $24.03/HR; base pay may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Certain positions may also be eligible for a performance-based incentive as part of total compensation.
