Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates across various sectors and levels.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making job offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance throughout the selection process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Oversee employee onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated successfully into the organization.
• Design and implement comprehensive training and development programs to foster employees’ growth and skill enhancement.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition techniques and best practices.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing HR programs and initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and HR software applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
