Job description: JOIN GROWING CALL CENTER IN VALLEY

PAY: $18/hour

REQUIREMENTS: Must have investigative, case work, reporting, identity verification, verifying personal info, etc

JOB DESCRIPTION: Anyone who fails their identity verification before they become a worker and any worker that were onboarded prior to failing that process. They can be pushed through for a second opportunity to become a worker where they appeal it. These reps are going through and verifying, investigating, researching for both instances. No phone contact with worker. They will be sending communication via a Macro template depending on the case and identifying/verifying Legal documentation, physical identification, accuracy between submissions, they will be looking at identification to confirm accuracy and it’s the correct individual.

Cases: 7min handling time per case – 40 cases a day roughly

WFH in Arizona only – No out of State Candidates
