As the Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting and finance support functions, especially correctly entering large volumes of data into Microsoft Excel and ERP systems and databases. This short-term contract / temporary position requires the Data Entry Clerk to be based in Miami, Florida.
Major responsibilities
– Detecting flaws in data while processing customer and account source documents
– Working with and maintaining confidentiality of highly sensitive information
– Preparing data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities
– Carrying out operations, using policies and procedures; detailing necessary revisions
– Executing additional tasks as required
– Providing support for data entry and additional administrative tasks

Requirements
– Capable of working independently with minimal oversight
– Knowledge of Perform Data Entry
– Proficiency in Multiple Vendors
– Customer invoices experience preferred
– Comprehensive knowledge of numeric data entry
– Highly organized and self-motivated
Expected salary: $14.25 – 16.5 per hour
