Our Team builds and delivers highly secure network security frameworks to protect our customers. We collaborate to create next-generation initiatives supporting automation, deployment, and monitoring of 3rd party cloud infrastructure.

In this role, you will provide advanced cloud operations for the top-of-the-line security products on the market. This will include our unique Zero Trust Security platform. You will focus on cutting-edge technologies to ensure application, network performance, reliability, and security for users.
As a System Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Providing continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and first-level maintenance of the various application servers, systems
Recommending /Documenting System Operations Procedures
Analyzing logs and events from the cloud service to ensure smooth service operation
Participating in on-call rotation with other members of the System Engineering team
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
2 years of experience in Production support and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant field
Have proficiency in Systems Administration in Linux preferably Ubuntu
Have an understanding of Network protocols such as DNS/HTTP/TCP/IP
Be experienced with any scripting knowledge preferably bash/Python
Be experienced with monitoring and analytics tools such as Prometheus, Sensu
Able to work in different time zones – APJ/EMEA/US on a rotational basis
