Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Contact warm leads from our lead generation system- no cold calling!
  • Present and recommend insurance products and services to new and existing clients
  • Attend zoom trainings
  • Engage in open, honest and productive communication

Requirements:

  • An active Life and Health license or be willing to obtain it
  • The ability to build rapport with clients
  • Be coachable and self-motivated
  • Self-disciplined
  • Driven to grow personally and professionally
  • High level of integrity
  • Able to have fun and get stuff done

This position is 100% commission based, plus bonuses and benefits.
