The Project Manager is a key member of our team and will help customers during the onboarding and delivery process. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, personable, energetic, and a driven self-starter. Your primary responsibility is to help our full-time Project Managers be successful during the onboarding and project delivery process for clients. You’ll work with our internal production team to update databases, as well as help coordinate Photographers for upcoming projects.

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you’re a team player that truly enjoys helping people, solving problems, and becoming a product expert. Having experience with Photography, or a high interest in learning would make you an ideal fit for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Update internal CRMs daily.
• Help manage day to day administrative tasks on various software systems.
• Identify and contact Photographers for potential upcoming projects.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are on time for delivery.
• Compiling weekly updates for clients

Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience working in customer support, project management or experience talking to customers
• Experience with Photography, Drone and Videography, or a keen interest in wanting to learn more.
• Experience working within a CRM and file sharing applications (Airtable experience preferred but not required)
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization, both written and verbally
• High energy, high capacity, high integrity with a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude, strong drive for results, and can easily handle ambiguity
• Customer focused – able to go above and beyond to make your internal customer’s job easier
• Experience with software such as Hubspot, Google Drive, Gmail preferred

As a remote team, you’ll be expected to have excellent communication skills and an exceptional level of accountability during your working hours. We have weekly team meetings and one on ones where you’ll be required to update the team on your progress. We stay in constant communication with Slack and Google Meets.
