Job Description

We are seeking motivated insurance agents, with an entrepreneurial spirit, to convert sales leads into insurance policies working with our vast portfolio of top carriers. Successful candidates will have served in a related insurance industry role in which they have assisted clients by educating them about coverage options and solving their needs with appropriate insurance products. We’ll provide… you with the training, mentoring, and support you need to take control of your earning potential. If you’re self-motivated, driven, and willing to hustle, then we’ll coach you to succeed in either a part-time or full-time role with us!
Compensation:

$100,000+ at plan
Responsibilities:
• Contact potential clients through our lead system (no cold calls)
• Set appointments based on your schedule
• Run appointments you set (in person or virtually) and help families obtain suitable insurance coverage that is within their budget
• Interact with your mentor and be available for weekly coaching calls and leader calls
• Can grow a team of your own to join you, if desired, that we will help train

Qualifications:
• Must be a permanent US resident
• Must have a life insurance license, or be willing to obtain one within 60 days of hire
• Clean criminal background (no felonies) required
• A high school diploma or GED is required; additional education is a plus
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
• Be personable and have a desire to help and serve clients
• Be self-motivated and have a drive to succeed
• Be coachable, ready and willing to learn, and have a hustle mindset
• Customer service or sales representative experience helpful
• Background in the life insurance industry is highly valued
