– Oversee the end-to-end client experience, from contract negotiation to post-event analysis.
– Develop and implement strategic plans for client sponsorships and event activations.
– Analyze campaign performance data to optimize client satisfaction and ROI.
– Manage a team within the Live Events Client Operations team, providing guidance and mentorship.

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
– Minimum of 5 years of client-facing experience
– Experience in managing live and virtual event programming
