Entry Level Financial Customer Service Representative

Location: 100% REMOTE (must have your own laptop- NO Chromebrooks allowed)

Schedule: Manhattan, NY 12PM-8PM EST (FULL TIME)

Duration: 2+ months

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Associates Degree in Business Related Field

• 0-1 years’ customer service experience

Job Description:

• Provide customer service to registered shareholders through inbound and outbound call lists.

• Educate shareholders on various corporate actions, board and shareholder proposals voting options.

• Track and monitor outstanding issues and provide clients with timely updates.

• Log information into Access Database

• Assist in the development of campaign themes to ensure the proper narrative is being communicated.

Work Environment:

• Candidates can expect a 40+ hr work week during busy season. available:

• Mon-Saturday 40/hours PLUS OVT – 12PM-8PM

• (Occasional mandatory overtime on Saturdays based on work load).

• Fast paced call center environment where you are expected to make 20-25 calls/hr

• Call volume is monitored on a weekly basis to make sure you are meeting quota

• Team oriented and work closely with other client services reps

• Casual type atmosphere and big promoters of trying to create a fun work environment
