REMOTE- Business Support Agent

    Core Experience:

  • Strong Communication Skills – the candidate will be making outbound calls to shareholders using a shareholder call list

  • Ability to multi-task / Self-manage

  • Bachelor’s or Associates Degree – Concentrations in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting

Equipment Needed:

  • Laptop/PC – No Chromebooks, Apple devices cannot be older than 2018, for Windows – 10 is the oldest compatible OS, and no tablets.

  • Must have smart phone for authentication and VPN access

  • iPhone – IOS Version 14

  • Android – OS Version 10

  • Must have reliable internet connection (Min 50 Download / 11 Upload Speeds)

A Day in the Role:

  • Provide customer service to registered shareholders through inbound and outbound call lists.

  • Educate shareholders on various corporate actions, board and shareholder proposals voting options.

  • Track and monitor outstanding issues and provide clients with timely updates.

  • Log information into Access Database

  • Assist in the development of campaign themes to ensure the proper narrative is being communicated.

  • Fast paced call center environment where you are expected to make 20-25 calls/hr

Work Environment:

  • Candidates can expect a 40+ hr work week during busy season

  • Saturday overtime shifts are highly encouraged during busy season 9AM-4:00PM (Saturdays are remote)

  • Mon-Friday 40/hours PLUS OVT – 12:00AM-8PM

  • Team oriented and work closely with other client services reps
