Standard Hours – 100% role. Must be available Monday-Friday (7:30 am – 8:00 pm) + Saturdays (8am – 1pm)
You will be assigned an 8 hour shift totaling a 40 hour work week based on the hours of operation above.
Training Schedule: M-F 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
Competitive Pay – $14.50-15.50 (higher pay for bilingual representatives)

A day in the role…
Deliver the highest level of customer service experience finding creative solutions to any, and all, consumer problems that arise
Answer customer calls
Work account issues such as creating accounts and resetting passwords
Uploading documents
Answering general questions in regards to healthcare coverage
Engage with customers over the phone and reply to online chat inquiries
Help customers manage their accounts
Verify eligibility for coverages/review healthcare options etc.
Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues in a timely manner
