Summary:

Act as primary point for the examination and accurate resolution of HR requests initiated via Workday and Service Now. This includes but not limited to personnel file management, internal transfers, pay, HR lifecycle records management.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Functional Specialist across differing departments to review and find resolutions for complex operations

  • Review and manage cases related to inquiries of records for Worker’s Compensation cases

  • Data Administration team specialist for referral bonus transactions and apprises; collaborates with team regarding improvement of procedural processes.

  • Use functional and technical skills to provide managers, team members, and various departments general guidance within Workday

  • -Perform required work and assist with other task as needed to be in compliance with service level agreements

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent level of Bachelors in HR preferred

  • One (1) year or more experience in HR or related field preferred

  • One (1) year or more experience in case management system(s) (e.g., ServiceNow; Salesforce, etc.) preferred

  • One (1) year or more experience in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle) preferred

  • Presents ideas and information to customers in a clear, concise manner, exhibiting exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Adapts communication style to different customer groups

  • Demonstrates attention to and actively strives for understanding of customers’ concerns and opinions

  • Illustrates ability to listen effectively to customer concerns and issues in order to provide applicable solutions

  • Creates an environment that encourages sharing of information within the team, by fostering open dialogue with team members

  • Demonstrates knowledge and comfort in use of computer technologies

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve critical transaction issues with the highest level of accuracy, accountability and reliability

  • Monitor and manage work queues in real time while maintaining service-level agreements

  • Escalate to and work closely with Functional Specialists to resolve complex transactions

  • Provide feedback on development procedures, standards control and updates

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Salary is determined based on internal equity; internal salary ranges; market

data/ranges; applicant’s skills; prior relevant experience; certain degrees or

certifications, etc.

The pay range for this position is $16.20-$21.47 an hour
