The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services:

Responsible for managing the portfolio of Enterprise Services programs and projects, overseeing intake, demand, and portfolio management (prioritization, issues / risks / dependencies, capacity planning). Collaborates across all ES PMOs to drive alignment and continuous improvement of the broader intake & portfolio management function.

Understands key business objectives and strategy to drive the right level of conversations and decision making across the Enterprise, particularly when there are resource/funding conflicts. Acts as a neutral third party to provide data and structure for efficient and transparent paths forward.

Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain overall intake funnel, priorities, portfolio reporting and issues / risks / dependencies for ES programs and projects

  • Drive Enterprise Services Demand Center for cross-domain collaboration and visibility

  • Provide ESLT-level visibility to portfolio of projects, decisions required and issues / risks / dependencies

  • Partner with all ES PMOs for alignment, continuous improvement feedback, communication on updates

  • Partner with ES Finance for prioritization efforts going into goal planning activities

  • Communicate regularly to all functional stakeholders to ensure alignment

  • Proficient in Planview and Adaptive Work for sources of truth related to Digital, Business Services and Real Estate projects

  • Ability to travel 10% throughout the year, as needed

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 12 years business-related experience and a Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Technology, Engineering, Math) or

  • An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience

  • Ability to influence senior level stakeholders and work across the organization with proven communication skills

  • Ability to summarize and translate data into executive level presentations for decision making

  • Minimum 3 years of direct supervisory experience

  • Minimum 5 years of leading and driving cross functional projects / programs with high complexity and / or scope

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

  • Ability to communicate with all parties involved in the ES portfolio

  • Excels in interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in a matrixed environment

  • Strong ability to collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholder & leadership teams

  • Ability to effectively drive results in a geographically dispersed team environment

  • Financial management experience

  • Hands on knowledge and experience with MS suite, Planview

Minimum Program Qualifications

To qualify for the RTX Re-Empower Program, candidates should:

The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD – 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
