Robert Half is currently partnered with a dynamic and emerging firm seeking two contract attorneys for indefinite and or contract to hire employment opportunities.

With a focus in business litigation, post-judgment enforcement, and appeals the owner prides himself in providing top-tier, personalized legal services to his valued (and rapidly growing) client base! The ideal attorney candidate will be a passionate self-starter with strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fully remote role. The attorney(s) hired will be an integral part of the team. This role will encompass a wide range of assignments, including drafting a range of motions, conducting legal research, and handling written discovery. The firm is willing to train on specialized motions for those with solid civil litigation skills. This remote Attorney opportunity requires California licensure and the ability to work PDT hours.

Responsibilities:

1. Draft a wide variety of motions and other legal documents pertaining to business litigation, enforcement, and appeals.

2. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case development and strategy formulation.

3. Handle written discovery processes efficiently and meticulously.

4. Collaborate with wider legal team on case preparation and strategy execution.

5. Provide expert legal advice to clients and team members.

6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, legal procedures, and the broader legal landscape.

   Requirements

7. Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited Law school.

8. A minimum of 5 years relevant experience as a licensed attorney

9. Active member of the California Bar in good standing.

10. Proficiency in drafting motions and conducting legal research.

11. Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
