Job Description & Summary

  • Carrying out Chief of Staff initiatives throughout NIS and across member firms;

Possessing an understanding of strategic initiatives and implications to messaging within a global IT organization;

Displaying knowledge of Communications & Change Management and Portfolio and Investment Management;

Identifying areas of change management and suggesting innovative ways to address it;

Managing staff questions/comments to Leadership and responding or escalating appropriately;

Developing effective relationships with key stakeholders, subject matter specialists and other customers across functional and technical skill sets as appropriate;

Working with stakeholders to understand and document their specific business requirements and relay information to the appropriate contact in the organization;

Leveraging information technology metrics and reporting principles as they are applied in the support of and integration with key business and strategic priorities;

Utilizing functional knowledge of Information Technology Program strategy, priorities and structure;

Juggling multiple projects at once and the ability to quickly pivot to different tasks as needed by the business or leadership within tight deadlines;

Working collaboratively in a dynamic, ambiguous environment with multiple competing priorities which requires self-motivation, discipline, organization, and a high attention to detail;

Compensation range: $90,000- $149,500 and may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and where the applicant resides within California.

For Applicants Residing in Colorado

Compensation range: $81,000 – $131,500 plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience and qualifications.

For Applicants Residing in New York State

Compensation range: $78,000 – $149,500 plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience and qualifications.

For Applicants Residing in Washington

Compensation range: $95,500 – $149,500 plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience and qualifications.
