Job Description

The Client Solution Enablement Analyst is responsible for driving the analysis, business case development, and delivery of client requests. This role will represent client engagement, extended teams, and clients as work is driven through Prime’s enterprise processes in a consistent and effective manner.

Responsibilities

  • Lead pre-vet discussions with client, client engagement, extended teams, and SMEs to perform initial vetting of requests for assigned client requests to determine business need, value, impact of work, and high-level solution options ensuring that requests are fully vetted prior to determining if Prime should move forward

  • In partnership with product and service managers, determine positioning/alignment of all client requests within initiative roadmaps and alignment to Client and Prime strategies to determine if work should move forward; ensure alignment of Prime project timelines and resources with client prior to project start

  • Provide oversight of assigned client work including collaboration with various business units, cross functional project teams, clients, and key stakeholders to prioritize and schedule requests; ensure timely, accurate, and on budget implementation of client requests representing CE and clients on project work as first point of contact/escalation

  • Conduct in-flight and after-action reviews of the performance of, and conformance to expectations for each client initiative

  • Work with CE, extended teams, finance, and client to determine if work will be client funded, ensuring timely execution of all activities prior to execution of work

  • Represent clients and CE on small to medium sized strategic initiatives and efforts that impact multiple clients to achieve strategic goals, define and manage the execution and communications around the delivery of small and medium client change initiatives

  • Identify areas/potential projects where process redesign/improvement can significantly impact efficiency, quality, profitability, competitive position and customer satisfaction and lead initiatives when applicable, lead delivery of enhancements with mentorship from senior staff

  • Monitor and manage all client work for assigned clients, including development and management of Client specific action plans, tracking progress of work providing a single view dashboard to CE and Clients that represents status of work

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent combination of work and/or education experience; HS diploma or GED is required

  • 2 years of related work experience in healthcare or insurance

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications

  • Knowledge of best practice project methodologies in leveraging partnerships with business and technology project management offices

  • Experienced at meeting facilitation, conflict management, and consensus building

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including previous experience giving presentations

  • Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and ability to work under pressure with strict timelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pharmacy Benefit Plan (PBM) or healthcare industry experience

  • Knowledge of Enterprise intake, prioritization, and project execution processes

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Project Management experience

Reporting Structure

  • Reports to a Manager or Director in Client Commitments

Potential pay for this position ranges from $74,500.00 – $111,700.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
