Healthcare Recruiter (REMOTE)

Flexup DIRECT is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, identifying, and placing top talent in the healthcare industry. As a Sales-Minded Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for utilizing the ATS Laboredge, meeting weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs, and… ultimately fulfilling client’s job orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
• Proactively source and engage qualified healthcare professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future job opportunities.
• Utilization of ATS Laboredge:
• Proficiently use the ATS Laboredge platform to track and manage candidate information, job orders, and client interactions.
• Leverage the ATS for efficient communication and collaboration with team members.

Candidate Relationship Management:
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with candidates in the healthcare sector.
• Understand candidates’ staffing needs, culture, and expectations to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• The ability to maintain a relationship with candidates to ensure a retention rate of 65% or better.
• Work closely/in parallel with the compliance team to ensure providers are starting on time and meeting client/vendor compliance requirements.
• Weekly timekeeping management to ensure candidate has provided proper documentation to payroll timely and communicate to payroll when candidate is on RTO or does not meet contracted hours timely AND all calls regarding time are documented in LE.

Sales-Minded Approach:
• Actively engage in sales activities to promote flexup DIRECT’s services and expand the client base.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of flexup DIRECT to prospects.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs related to candidate placements, client satisfaction, and revenue generation such as but not limited to Calls, texts, Unique Subs, Retention, and Travelers on Assignment
• Consistently monitor and report on progress toward goals, adjusting strategies as needed.

Job Order Fulfillment:
• Collaborate closely with Account Management to understand client’s staffing needs and requirements.
• Efficiently manage the recruitment process from job order receipt to successful candidate placement.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a healthcare recruiter, with a proven track record of success in meeting recruitment targets.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including current trends, regulations, and job market dynamics.
• Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to approach recruitment with a sales mindset, effectively promoting services and building client relationships.

• Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to approach recruitment with a sales mindset, effectively promoting services and building client relationships.
• Experience in hospital/per diem a plus

Skills and Abilities:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using ATS Laboredge or similar recruitment software.
• Results-oriented with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
