WHAT YOU’LL DO:

The Marketing and Communications Team at MGT are looking for a dynamic and creative Graphic Designer to join us on a contractual basis. As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with our in-house Graphic Designer to produce visually engaging concepts that resonate with both our internal team and external clients.
• Develop and refine creative designs for both print and digital media.
• Generate innovative marketing graphics adhering to brand guidelines.
• Transform complex ideas into easy-to-understand infographic formats.
• Design collateral such as flat sheets, brochures, banners for events, advertisements, and promotional items, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and align with brand aesthetics.
• Create compelling graphics and videos for our website and social media platforms.
• Proficient in designing using Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
• Associates or Bachelors Degree in Design or a related field.
• Two (2) or more years of professional experience in graphic design in a corporate setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office (with a focus on PowerPoint), and familiarity with tools like Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere.
• Demonstrated graphic design skills with a robust portfolio showcasing your work.
• Strong time management skills, delivering projects promptly and efficiently.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to exercise creative autonomy.
• Capable of presenting and effectively selling design solutions to various stakeholders.
