Your responsibilities in this role

– Submit information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems

– Track down further information for documents that are deemed incomplete

– Search the internet for information

– Keep detailed records of tasks, files, and progress

– Review and remove unneeded data as well as combine data from multiple sources

– Inspect reports and sheets of data

– Analyze completed work for duplications or errors in content before submitting the final product

Requirements

– Proficiency with diverse computer applications and experience with contract database systems

– Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

– Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

– Knowledge of Administrative Assistance

– Deep understanding of Microsoft Excel

– Email Correspondence experience

– Experience with PDF

– Solid understanding of data entry

– Consistent typing accuracy

Expected salary: $14.5 – 15.59 per hour
