Job Description


Offer students a period of paid practical experience in the industry relating to their field of study. This experience is valuable to students as a means of allowing them to experience how their studies are applied in the “real world”, as work experience.

What you will be doing:

  • Perform a variety of curriculum, learning and development support for company training programs, communications, and other department initiatives

  • Manage and maintain libraries of electronic files and hard copies

  • Research and support new design innovations to further department efforts & impact.

  • Contribute to maintenance and implementation of department programs, processes, meetings, and initiatives

  • Collect data, research questions or issues, and compose recap for department leaders

  • Produce, review, edit, and proofread related materials; may include video editing, production in Canva (or related software).

  • Production includes job aids, infographics, PowerPoint, and other presentation, training, and communication materials. May include production of voice over.

  • Contribute to other department projects as assigned

What we hope you will bring to the role:

Education

HS diploma required. Must be enrolled as either a full time or part time student.

Experience

  • 0-2 years of experience required in the field or related area

  • Other qualifications include intermediate to advanced computer software skills in Microsoft Office applications; experience with design software (e.g. Canva, Camtasia, Adobe Premier Pro, etc.)

  • Knowledge of adult learning

Compensation Range:

The hourly rate for this is: $19.25/hr
