This position can be remote but must be able to travel to the Mountain View CA office often.

Responsibilities – the ideal attributes and experience of the successful candidate:

  • Define the Marketing Operations vision that enables intelligent decisions through precise analysis.
  • Own the marketing operations roadmap, ensuring marketing technology is evaluated, selected, implemented, and customized to meet the needs of the marketing department.
  • Reporting and providing reliable marketing dashboards and reports to track marketing KPIs and ROI regularly.
  • Analyze marketing performance and ROI across different channels. Identify and share insights and suggestions for improvement to cross-functional stakeholders based on data.
  • Carry out end-to-end processes from receiving written email copy and visual creative from business stakeholders to creating customer segments and distribution lists to QA/testing email for final approval, to “clicking send” and launching the final version.
  • Manage the multiple marketing tools and how they integrate with each other (CRM, Marketing Automation, Google Analytics, CMS, email marketing tools, and more), research, select, implement and integrate new best-of-breed tools covering different areas.
  • Oversees the utilization of contractors and other internal resources to ensure project resource requirements are managed and aligned to support timeline, project schedule and deliverables.
  • Identify & implement opportunities to enhance communications through AB testing so Wallbox can learn which content resonates most with customers.
  • Support with Marketing planning and board meetings preparation, ensuring marketing’s goals are aligned with the company’s overall goals and with sales and product objectives.
  • Documents operations processes and ensures all training documentation is recent and relevant.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to implement and manage cross-discipline operational processes that produce desired results.
  • Continually work to simplify systems and processes, avoiding customization bloat and over-engineered processes.

Requirements

  • BA in a business-related or technical field, for example, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Public Relations, or any other related field. The equivalent of this in working experience is also acceptable.
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a must
  • Experience with Pardot and Marketo a plus
  • Balance of strategic implementation and tactical execution with measurable results
  • Extremely analytical
  • Excellent planning, organizational and project management skills (i.e. drip campaigns)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong familiarity with new and emerging marketing technologies and digital marketing best practices.
