Standard Hours – 100% remote role. Must be available Monday-Friday (8:00 am to 5:30 pm EST – training schedule)

  • Must live an hour from Sunrise and/or Tampa Florida due to equipment pick-up

  • Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday (6:55 am – 9:00 pm EST)

  • During busy season – candidates would need to be available to work a Saturday shift (hours of operation: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST)

  • About 30-50 calls a day depending on business needs

  • Will be working with clients who have different plan benefits and offerings. All info is accessible to our colleagues and trained over 4 weeks for firm understanding of insurance, benefits, and clients and their plans.

  • Will be taking health benefit questions from large group employers (Life, health, dental, vision, long/short disability, voluntary supplemental (accident, casualty, hospital indemnity), etc – ) go through guiding shopping questions and help participants enroll them

  • Assisting clients’ customers or their employees calling in for support or assistance in enrolling in various plan offerings.

Strong Computer Skills | LHIA | Licensed Insurance Agent | Life Insurance | Great Customer Service | Health Insurance| Insurance Enrollment | Call Center | Data Entry | Insurance Payer Knowledge | Multi-Tasking | Fast Paced Environment

  • Licensed Insurance Agent

  • Life & Health License in: Florida and California

  • Licenses Numbers: 215. 240, 214

  • Health Insurance
