As our Lead Technical Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. Your expertise in identifying technical skills, assessing candidate suitability, and managing the recruitment process will be crucial in ensuring the success and growth of our team. Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Partner with Hiring Managers and recruiting team to identify solutions to recruiting challenges throughout the recruiting cycle.
• Manage tracking of applicants, source and review resumes, determine qualifying candidates and coordinate the interview process.
• Focused attention on capturing incumbent resources.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand and post requisitions which accurately reflect duties, responsibilities, experience, education, certifications, and security classifications required for the jobs.
• Assist on the implementation of a new applicant tracking system (ATS), likely JazzHR.
• Source top-level talent using methods using various recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, etc.)
• Communicate with hiring managers regarding hiring needs and the status of recruitment efforts.
• Maintain recruitment records.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience of technical recruiting within the Federal IT market, specifically in the areas of Digital Transformation, Agile Software Development, SaaS/PaaS, DevSecOps, Cloud Enablement, Data Analytics and Cybersecurity
• Strong background sourcing candidates, internet searching, compensation negotiation, scheduling interviews and networking via social media (e.g., LinkedIn.)
• Understanding of the Federal IT recruiting market and labor category requirements.
• Excellent communication and organization skills as well as demonstrated multi-tasking capabilities and work ethic.
