Park Paving Ltd. is currently seeking full time and part time Seasonal Data Entry Administrators to join our team. As a Data Entry Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data related to various aspects of our operations. Reporting to the Payroll & Benefit Supervisor, your key responsibilities include:
Enter timesheet data (employee hours, equipment hours, and production quantities) Review timesheet data – follow up with field staff to verify timesheet information if needed Verify accuracy of data entered Help with filing Other duties as assigned, including assisting other people in the accounting department as needed

Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative role Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills

Must be reliable, and able to work the entire season from approximately Apr 15 – Nov 15 Fulltime hours are 8-5, M-F, and part-time roles are 16-24 hours per week. Part time roles must be able to work 8 hours on Monday & Tuesday. Some overtime may be required to meet payroll processing deadlines. Preference given to someone with previous data entry experience who can manage a high volume of work while maintaining a high degree of accuracy Benefits Starting wage is $21.00 – $23.00 /hour depending on experience.

Returning seasonal employees working more than 30 hours per week will be eligible for health & dental benefits and our RSP matching program in their second season. #PPLLP
