Job Description

The SAP Systems Administrator will implement, document, maintain, and support the technical environment required by SAP. This position works at a technical level with an understanding of SAP, its underlying database, operating system, and hardware platform. This position is responsible for daily systems administration tasks and troubleshooting and provides support for technical issues related to… SAP.

Key Duties
• Performs SAP systems administration and Basis activities; providing SAP insights needed to optimize and maintain overall SAP reliability, availability and performance.
• Provides support for security administration; ensuring standards and procedures are followed as they relate to SAP systems.
• Performs workload analysis, performance monitoring, installation, patching, upgrades, maintenance, system health checks and tuning.
• Provides technical support, training, troubleshooting and problem solving of SAP related issues.
• Supports various systems and devices connected to SAP.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required (with area of study in Information Technology or related fields preferred). Note: Candidates without a bachelor’s degree who have 3+ years of progressive SAP systems administration experience may also be considered.
• Minimum 1+ years of SAP systems administration experience.

Compensation & Benefits
• New hires generally start between $52,869 – $75,527. The full salary range for the position, across all geographies is, $52,869 – $90,633 per year. The upper portion of the salary range is typically reserved for existing employees who demonstrate strong performance over time. Starting salary will vary by location, qualifications, and prior experience.
• Targeted annual bonus is based on company performance to objectives during the fiscal plan year which runs from October 1 – September 30.
