Job Description

Purpose:

The Account Install Analyst provides research support and interpretation of benefit requirements necessary to support new and existing benefits and product development. This position performs analytical tasks related to benefit design enhancements, maintenance of documents, feasibility testing, and quality audit.

Responsibilities:

Partner with Clinical Pharmacists and provide analysis and support for benefit design components and updates in Benefit Edit Tool and RxClaim systems

  • Interpret project requirement document requests, support development of technical systems, convey details of supportability to appropriate client in non-technical terms, and document process for execution

  • Participate in client-facing interactions by responding to inquiries related to Benefit Operations projects, including benefit enhancements and/or system changes

  • Provide support and applicable testing around system capabilities

  • Assist areas of specialized support, Utilization Management, new product development, and specialty drug programs

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Liberal Arts, Business, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience

  • 2 years working experience with a minimum of 1 year working as an Account Install Specialist or other related experience

  • Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel

Additional Qualifications:

  • Organizational skills with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under strict timelines

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Personality aligned with driving for results with strong commitment toward continuous process improvement and customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of AS400, query tools (e.g. IBM Showcase Query) and Lotus Notes

Minimum Physical Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, overtime, on-call, and shifts outside of Prime’s core business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

  • Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear

  • Frequently required to reach with hands and arms

  • Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch

  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Potential pay for this position ranges from $57,600.00 – $86,800.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
