Clinical Solutions Delivery Consultant (Remote Based- US)

You will lead the clinical delivery of Ultrasound solutions with customers as planned. You’ll collaborate with Customers, Customer Project Managers, Clinical Solution Consultant (CSC), Operations and Sales to deliver effectively on the customer solution. Responsible for leading the overall on-site, offsite, or remote delivery of clinical services. Collaborates with CSC, and Delivery Manager, and customer relationship managers to drive and deliver on financial targets for the organization.

Your role:

  • Teach assigned number of clinical courses throughout the year at the Philips training centers or symposium locations

  • Ensure the Maximizer program is implemented, and upgrades are performed within the contractual timeline

  • Delivers engaging on-site Clinical Services solutions, education, and training

  • Participate in New Product training initiatives, support all service-related customer system issues requiring on-site clinical support

  • Provides the highest-level customer experience for on-site training and customer communication

  • Takes a leadership role in the personal ownership of the learner experience through customer consultation and collaboration with internal stakeholders

  • Creates a safe and cohesive learning environment in which learners share ideas, apply knowledge, give feedback and make reflections on their work

  • Provides feedback to learners and evaluates performance throughout the learning event

  • Reviews feedback from learners and compiles and analyzes data and recommends changes to learning services as appropriate

  • Effectively communicates project status, issues, and delays with internal team

  • Builds communication among learners and encourages collaboration

  • Proficient in areas of specialization

  • Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions

  • Ensure revenue and expense targets are met. Provide accurate forecasting of all individual activities that will support the zone in meeting or exceeding financial targets for both revenue and recovery goals each month, quarter and annually

  • Drive attendance to Philips Service courses through developing relationships with customers to ensure they are fully utilizing Service entitlements in a manner that supports their clinical Service needs.

  • Uses proper materials, student support systems, technical methods, learning management systems, learning strategies and assessment techniques

  • Successfully manage all company assets: system, transducer, phantom, & laptops inventory: zero lost equipment, equipment maintained as new and in top physical condition, classrooms are well maintained and properly taken care of

  • Support PAS organization with on-site installation training when required and duties allow. This must be approved through management ahead of time.

  • Actively participate on CCT’s and C2G’s with FSE teams, Account Managers and PAS calls.

  • Attend and actively participate on monthly calls with local Sales, PAS, FSE, CSS, and ISR counterparts to discuss the territories/opportunities and develop collaborative strategies

You’re the right fit if:

  • Associates typically required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

  • Have and maintain ARDMS/ CCI certification or equivalent.

  • At least 5 years clinical experience as an RDCS/ CCI Sonographer

  • Experience as clinical preceptor providing education strongly preferred

  • Thorough understanding of: Advanced clinical applications strain and 3D Echocardiography

  • Working knowledge of: 3D/4D acquisition, manipulation and quantification along with extensive anatomical knowledge as related to modality

  • Thorough understanding of any of the following applications is preferred: structural heart, pediatric/congenital echocardiography, and/or vascular ultrasound.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.

  • Ability to travel including over nights.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $105,000 to $120,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
