Job description: We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to provide responsive and courteous service to our nationwide base of customers from our Hartland, WI call center. The successful candidate will be able to solve customer issues, help place orders, address complaints, and respond to phone, text, and email inquiries as part of a highly functional and cooperative customer service team. Our brands include , and .

Position can be full or part time, and will be based out of our Hartland, WI office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, text, and emails in a timely manner
  • Work with other Customer Service team members to solve customer questions and concerns
  • Work with other company employees to achieve constant improvements to our product offerings, procedures, and communication
  • Build personal knowledge on our products and services (training provided)
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • Create records of all conversations and actions in our call center database
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements

  • Previous knowledge of our products is not required; however previous experience or interest in golf carts, off-road vehicles, electric vehicles, outdoor sports, auto parts, or batteries would be a big plus.
  • Polite and professional phone and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with basic computer programs including email, excel; some CRM experience preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • High school degree
