We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual to join our team as an Online Data Entry specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data for our online database. The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This is a remote position that offers flexible working hours.
Responsibilities Enter and update data into our online database system with a high degree of accuracy Verify and correct any discrepancies in the data entered Organize and maintain electronic files and documents Conduct routine data quality checks to ensure the integrity of the database Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry Generate reports and analyze data as requested Assist in data cleanup projects to maintain data accuracy and cleanliness
Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent typing and data entry skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Familiarity with online data entry systems and databases Good organizational and time management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with data quality control processes
Ability to work efficiently and maintain a high level of productivity Prior experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred Knowledge of basic HTML and CSS is a plus High school diploma or equivalent
