Boardwalk Investment is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator Assistant to provide crucial support to our administrative team. As an Office Administrator Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
  • File Management: Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of documents.
  • Data Entry: Input and update data into databases and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
  • Office Supplies: Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted office operations.
  • Reception Duties: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members or departments.
  • Meeting Support: Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and arranging logistics such as room setup and catering.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Expense Reporting: Assist with processing expense reports and reconciling receipts promptly.
  • Assistance to Management: Provide administrative support to senior management, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
