The energy industry is undergoing rapid and dramatic changes, moving away from fossil fuels to alternative energy sources. At the same time, the risks posed by climate change and aging infrastructure requires an array of dynamic and innovative solutions to deliver resilient utility services.
This great energy transition is still in its early stages, and presents significant technical, logistical, and market challenges. Decarbonization will require detailed planning, multi-disciplinary collaboration, significant financial resources, and motivated staff to support successful implementation. This will include extensive client dialogue, team building, and development of differentiating strategies.
Other responsibilities will include client-facing delivery in leadership roles to develop implementation strategies for large programs, responsible for overall work progress, technical performance and client and stakeholder satisfaction. You’ll be expected to possess highly collaborative and sophisticated communication and problem-solving skills and finesse. Successful candidates will have a demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges and manage “up and out” while supporting large teams responsible for the daily details of project delivery.
