Job Description

Insight Global is hiring for Medical Records Agents to join one of our large healthcare call center teams. This program is working with one of our healthcare insurance clients to review medical records from provider officers. This person will be extensively reviewing to verify nothing is missing. This could include information, such as, patient name, birthday, doctor signature, confirming page is visible, etc. They are looking for candidates who have a background in healthcare data entry. This is a full time, 40 hour/week opportunity.

Individuals need to have their own computer or laptop with a Windows 10 or 11 based system — NO Macbook or Chromebook.

The Hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-5:30PM EST

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience with Data Entry

1+ year of experience with Medical Records

Good communication and professionalism

Can work 40 hours weekly

Windows 10 or 11 based system – NO MacBook or Chromebook

Must have a WIRED internet connection that belong to them/ their household. Cannot be public access

Internet Speed Test; Download Speed 25-50Mbps & Upload Speed 15-20Mbps

8GB RAM or Higher

3 GHZ processor
