A large financial client based in Florida is looking to hire a couple Implementation Business Analysts in Mexico!! In this BA role, you will be responsible for software delivery and implementation processes until deployment to the client. You’ll act as a focal point & main point-of-contact to the end clients.

This includes 4 key phases: Requirements Analysis, Design, Implementation, & Go-Live. Starting with the Requirements Analysis Phase, you’ll assess the bank’s current system and then move into the Design Phase. In the Design Phase, you’ll be leading workshops with clients, assessing use cases, assessing test cases, showing clients how the company’s systems can support their day-to-day environment, etc. In the Implementation Phase, you will be doing the physical build-out for the clients including configuring systems, setting up rules, system interface testing, user interface testing, triaging any issues, relaying issues/bugs to the development team, ensuring the development team is assessing issues/bugs with the correct solutions, etc. You’ll then be in the Go-Live Phase. In this phase, you’ll set up clients with the Federal Reserve Bank, provide training materials, and ensure a smooth transition for the clients.

It is key that you have prior experience with Finastra’s Global PAYplus product, as well as the ability to communicate fluently with clients in English & Spanish, to be considered for this role*

Skills and Requirements

-Bi-Lingual English & Spanish

-Experience with Finastra Global PAYplus (GPP)

-3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

-Experience implementing software products for external end clients -Experience working in the financial banking industry

-Experience implementing a US clearing system for mass payments null
