As an Operations Analyst in our Digital Modernization and Experience Group, you will work with division leadership and corporate business services to provide business analytics and reporting for risk analysis and decision making. You will support project teams by ensuring they have the tools and resources to effectively deliver for our clients, and by identifying and tracking project risk.

Operating in an agile environment, the Operations Analyst will utilize analytical and problem-solving skills and leverage both existing ICF tools as well as new technology platforms to streamline division operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update regular tracking and forecasting reports for the Division Leader, Finance Business Manager, and Operations Leader to assist with the management of business.

  • Work closely with various technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand complex business processes and define business requirements.

  • Support Project Managers and the Project Finance Controllers by identifying and tracking project risk.

  • Assess operational requirements and opportunities for improvement.

  • Analyze data, create reports, and recommend changes.

  • Optimize processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Coordinate with the business, corporate IT and other back office support teams to improve portfolio performance tracking and resource management.

What you must have:

  • 5 or more years of experience working directly with clients and subject matter experts in a consulting role, particularly focused on technology implementation.

  • 2 or more years of experience providing financial reporting and analysis.

  • 1 or more years demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Excel formulas and data manipulation.

  • Familiarity with the software development process and life cycle.

  • An assertive, problem-solving approach with excellent customer service skills.

  • Experience with resource management, project management, or talent operations.

Pay Range – There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:

$69,862.00 – $118,765.00
