Job Summary

You will be responsible for consulting regularly with other executives to advance improvements in the sales process and increase top-line revenue. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and help shape and scale the sales organization. We’re looking for a sharp, energetic and detail-oriented sales leader who is passionate about implementing solutions to accelerate the growth of the company.
In this role, you will take ownership of all new business development, creating a methodical, data-driven sales process; filling and driving the sales pipeline; and closing deals on a consistent basis (exceeding targets). As an executive in the company, you will be expected to embody our core values and carry yourself above and beyond reproach – leading by example. We’re looking for driven, intelligent people who regularly go the extra mile. You should thrive on the urgency of a startup atmosphere and be results driven (always seeking to exceed expectations). What You Will Do As A Head of Strategic Partnerships
• You will own the full sales cycle from lead to close
• Establish lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
• Lead in-person presentations to the leadership team
• Develop and implement a scalable sales process
• Work with internal team members to ensure successful on-boarding and implementation of new enterprise customers
• You will initiate, negotiate, and close new contracts with customers
• Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape future product development
• Work closely with the leadership team to provide input on the growth of the business and align business development strategy with overall company objectives

What You Will Bring As A Head of Strategic Partnerships
• 5+ years of enterprise account executive experience
• Relevant sales experience, preferably in home warranty, insurance, home services
• Experience managing a pipeline and closing large contracts
• Leadership and multi-level management experience, strong communications and presentation skills, networking, and sales.
• Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, set and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organization
• Experience presenting to senior managers and the C-suite
• Record of meeting or exceeding sales forecasts
• Passion, drive and the desire to be a part of a growing team that makes a difference for
• both the company and our customers
• Ability to work in an entrepreneurial work environment were self-motivated individuals

• Proven track record of being efficiency driven, improving processes and sales strategy
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or related field

What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team Member

Pay Range*: $106,500.00 – $149,100.00 annually
• Please know your actual pay at Porch will reflect a number of factors among which are your work experience and skillsets, job-related knowledge, alignment with market and our Porch employees, as well as your geographic location.

Additionally, you will be eligible to receive long-term incentive awards, subject to program guidelines and approvals.

You will also be eligible to receive sales incentives, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
