Join our team as a Contract Specialist at DHS S&T Directorate Office of Finance and Budget Division (FBD)! Skills:
– 2+ years of contract closeout experience with the federal government
– Knowledge of contracting and acquisition, including the full lifecycle of government awards
– Working knowledge of PRISM database (preferred, but not required)
– Ability to obtain an EOD Public Trust Clearance

Responsibilities:
– Assist Financial Analyst Supervisor/s with processing Procurement Requisitions (PRs)
– Collaborate with various departments to gather supporting documentation for PR packages
– Create and manage PR packages within PRISM and FFMS systems
– Generate division-specific financial reports and maintain essential financial records
– Prepare required documents for audit requests and compliance
– Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures as needed
– Mentor and support junior team members
– Additional duties related to Financial Analyst activities as assigned
