Job Summary…

The Executive Performance & Organizational Development position plays a crucial role in driving performance excellence and fostering organizational growth. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing performance management strategies, organizational development initiatives, and learning programs to enhance employee engagement and contribute to overall business success.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and implementation of organizational development strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Contribute to change management initiatives to foster organizational resilience.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the performance management system.
• Collaborate with managers to ensure effective goal-setting and performance evaluations.
• Contribute to talent development programs aimed at nurturing a high-performance culture.
• Assist in succession planning efforts to identify and develop future leaders.
• Participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction.
• Assist in conducting surveys and assessments to gather employee feedback.
• Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to identify training needs and support program design.
• Encourage and support a learning culture within the organization.

Qualifications:
• Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in OD, or performance management
