Main responsibilities
– Consolidate data and prepare reports pertaining to specific customer touch points
– Check for inconsistencies in the reports and work closely with related parties to make the necessary system/report improvements
– Analyze the data and translate the insights/findings into understandable presentation for the management and various stakeholders
– Other ad-hoc duties as required

** Requirements**:

– Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Business Analytics or relevant field
– 1-2 years of experience in related field is preferred. Experience in regional or customer service environment is a plus
– Demonstrate proficiency in communications and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
– Good interpersonal skills, independent and a team player
– Analytical and problem-solving skills
– Meticulous to handle extensive data
– High level of computer literacy
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
– Knowledge in Macros will be an added advantage
– Knowledge of Customer Service KPIs eg Net Promoter Score, Customer Satisfaction etc is a plus
