As a member of the TutuTix sales team, the Sales Assistant will work closely with Regional Directors and their clients as a warm and friendly voice to help answer calls/chats/emails and keep clear notes and help clean data to ensure team’s success. TutuTix works specifically with dance studios/ballets/theatres/gymnastics/cheer organizations so applicants who enjoy pink and performing arts are preferred.

The winning candidate will have customer service experience, be a proven self-starter and problem solver with the ability to take direction and apply it to unique challenges. The Sales Assistant’s tasks will include proactively managing incoming communication to the sales team and help redirect clients/customers to the proper team members. This position will also assist with data entry and special research projects as directed by the Sales team members they are supporting.

  • Work directly with TutuTix sales and clients to provide a helping hand and friendly voice
  • Create events and/or support tickets for clients/sales in the system
  • Handle calls/chats/emails and answer simple questions or transfer to the correct department
  • Keep clear and concise notes about interactions with clients and help enter and clean data as you interact with it
  • Special Projects may be assigned to you like working digital booths for trade shows or research projects to help develop the market leads and update existing data.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or equivalent is required. Associates Degree or higher is preferred, but more importantly, you go above and beyond for our clients
  • Knowledgeable about the ticketing industry and live events or performance arts
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A commitment to providing excellent service in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
  • Being a collaborator and team player
  • Having the ability to learn quickly and adapt in high-paced environments
  • Web and tech savvy
  • Must be flexible about working nights, weekends and occasional holidays
