* Key Responsibilities:
– Support all other administrative matters:
As an Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Executive, you will be expected to support various administrative tasks as needed. This may include assisting with inventory management, coordinating with external vendors, partake in new ecommerce project or providing general administrative support to the ecommerce team (when required).
– Diploma or above or other equivalent certifications.
– Previous experience in managing and maintaining ecommerce websites.
– Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within cross functional teams.
– Solid understanding of content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with website maintenance processes.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
– Strong analytical skills to monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
– Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience in optimizing website content for search engines is a plus.
– Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics is preferred.
