8.Roles & Responsibilities 8+ years experience in application development- 5 years experience developing in FACETs- Extensive understanding of FACETs underlying data structure- Experienced in both release management and customization of FACETs- Experienced in using FACETs APIs, creating and supporting customized extensions- First-hand experience leading adoption of Agile practices on a team and across an organization- Motivation and experience to lead the team adoption of recognized coding and technical software development practices- Extensive experience with C#, SQL, big data, and cloud- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills able to translate technical talk into non-technical terms- Proven experience driving team transformation to agile process with echnical practices Resource identified for this position will be responsible for working hand-in-hand with onsite counterpart and customer IT as well as business users, he will responsible for monitoring Facets and custom batch jobs, using Autosys, he will also need to follow the predefined process for troubleshooting batch issues, run/re-run of batch jobs.
