Job Description


The Digital & Emerging Payments Tech Team’s vision is to delight our customers with the best payment experience in the world! To achieve this vision, we are in search of Principal Technical Program Manager who will lead delivery of large, significantly complex, cross-functional technology initiatives and launch customer facing features for customers in Latin America. Our team has… presence in 10+ geos and we build highly customized and seamless payment experiences for our local and global customers.

As a TPM on our team, you will be responsible for owning the roadmap, define clear requirements, make/facilitate tech design choice and decisions, and plan and achieve the deli

Basic Qualifications
• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 8+ years of software development experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree, MBA or equivalent degree from a premier institute.
• Preferred Project Management & knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean Processes
• Prior experience in customer service background would be an added advantage
• Advanced computer skills using a variety of programs highly desired
• 24/7/365 availability, including willingness to work on weekends, and outside of the “standard” work day
• Willingness to work for any sub-process within CAP teams including Virtual Customer Service (Work from Home).
