We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our business by overseeing key departments including Customer Service, HR, Payroll, and IT Systems. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a love for problem-solving, able to enhance operational efficiency and implement robust business policies. This role has the potential to evolve into a Chief Operating Officer role.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the Customer Service Department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and holding the Customer Service Director accountable.
Supervise HR and Payroll Managers, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
Ensure smooth operation and continual improvement of business systems, including troubleshooting and upgrading technologies as needed.
Develop, review, and implement internal and external policies to streamline operations and align with business goals.
Manage legal requests and coordinate with external legal counsel to address any legal matters affecting the business.
Lead the evaluation, implementation, and management of new technologies to enhance departmental efficiency and company-wide integration.
Facilitate the resolution of technology issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Work closely with department heads to identify operational needs and propose effective solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business operations or administrative leadership role, with a proven track record of improving processes and solving complex problems.
Strong understanding of business functions (HR, Finance, IT, Customer Service, etc.).
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using business management software like Notion and capable of quickly learning new technologies.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
Ability to manage legal matters and coordinate with legal professionals.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, vision, dental, and vacation time.
