Our client in the transportation industry, specializing in shipments for construction materials, is seeking a Billing Clerk to assist with invoicing and data entry. French and English is mandatory. Do you have experience working a fast-paced environment? We are looking for someone who has some data entry, billing, invoicing, and general office experience. Insurance provided after 3 months’ probation – Have your own closed office – Cross-training to learn all ins-and-outs of the company

Responsibilities Reporting to the Fleet Manager, the Dispatcher will be responsible for receiving requests for pick-up and drop-offs for Ontario and Quebec regions, specifically for construction related materials.

– Support office with any general office duties – High Volume of invoicing – Daily follow-up of all open files – Data entry – Billing Qualifications – 1-2 years’ experience – Strong computer skills

Ability to multi-task – Customer service-oriented – Organized and reliable – Be a team player but also ability to work independently with minimal supervision
