Our busy client in Calgary is currently seeking a Benefits Administrator to join their outgoing team for a contract opportunity. As the Benefits Administrator your day to day responsibilities of this contract role may include, but not be limited to:

Administering various employee benefits programs

Processing enrollments, changes, and terminations

Check for compliance

Analyzing benefits data, preparing reports

Assisting in the development and implementation of benefits policies and procedures

Perform data entry

Ad hoc duties as requested

Showcase your skills as a Benefits Administrator with our client. The successful Benefits Administrator will possess the following: 1+ years of experience in benefits administration or a related HR role

Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration or related

Strong understanding of benefits administration and billing reconciliation and knowledge of benefits regulations in Canada and USIntermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Exceptional attention to detail

Highly organized

Strong problem solving skills
