The successful candidate will oversee a wide range of video-related initiatives, with a focus on content protection systems integrations and migrations. Streaming and Video Operations Sr. Coordinator Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $30/hr
  • Worksite: Leading digital broadcasting and media company (Burbank, CA 91505, Open to Remote, Candidates local to Burbank are preferred)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k
  • 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment

Streaming and Video Operations Sr. Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Stay up to date and adapt to vendor relationships, feature requests, service support, and integrations.
  • Process content to meet deadlines and update tracking across the media supply chain.
  • Monitor streaming and security-related issues and apply fixes accordingly.
  • Provide first level of support for QC-related issues for both video and platform issues.
  • Learn the technical details of video distribution and infrastructure, including integration into our websites, mobile websites, mobile and emerging platform applications, and partner sites.

Streaming and Video Operations Sr. Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Experience with and knowledge of streaming video DRM (Fairplay, PlayReady, Widevine), video formats, encoding, and delivery methods.
  • Strong technical skills with MAM or CMS experience.
  • Jira and/or Agile experience is preferred.
  • XML or JSON proficiency is preferred.
  • Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about digital video.
  • Must be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and an innovator.
  • Strong technical skills, a problem solver with a passion for developing solutions and processes to address complex problems.
  • Familiarity with mobile device video capabilities and managing video for mobile networks.
  • Strong understanding of the latest online and mobile technologies, especially as related to a video.
  • Ability to operate independently, and juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a results-oriented environment.
