Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the management of data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, etc. for all products and related services.

• Gather data from primary and secondary sources, ensuring the upkeep of databases and data systems.

• Detect, examine, and decode trends or patterns within intricate datasets.

• Cleanse data and scrutinize computer-generated reports and outputs to identify and rectify coding errors.

• Coordinate with management to align business and informational priorities.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements.

• Employ statistical techniques to scrutinize data and produce actionable business insights.

• Collaborate with the management team to determine and rank the needs of different business units.

• Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across product lines.

• Convey insights through both reports and visual presentations.

• Engage with managers from various departments to specify data requirements for analysis projects tailored to their unique business processes.

• Ad hoc data processing ETL and review as needed.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel up to 10% based on team needs

Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, relevant technical certificate or 3+ relevant years’ experience required

Experience:

2-3 years prior work experience using data

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
