Senior Director Product Management – U.S. Based Remote
As Senior Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for driving a more digital managed move experience. You and your team of product managers will be responsible for partnering cross functionally to define and build the digital experience for both movers and companies seeking to relocate their employees. Your mission is to continue the journey of improvement in the experience clients and their employees have when partnering with Cartus while leveraging the full set of assets Anywhere brings to the residential real estate experience.

Establish the vision for a world class digital experience for Cartus clients and their relocating employees.
Simplify a complex portfolio of antiquated, disparate applications into a seamless, integrated experience that drives productivity and innovation.
Partner with key leaders to drive integrated decisions across operations, product and technical architecture, engineering, user experience, and financial impact.
Lead and manage a team responsible for building and maintaining complex applications.
The role will balance incremental product enhancements with larger transformational opportunities.
You and your team are responsible for building a clear and actionable roadmap that drives more digital delivery and significant application simplification.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following.
Discover customer needs and inspire innovative solutions or products in light of industry trends, emerging technologies and business and customers insights
Create and execute a vision.
Motivate those building solutions with a deep understanding of the why and the what, inspiring their ownership of the how.
Set quantifiable goals to measure progress.
Partner with engineers to get products delivered, translate the implications of that work to less technical partners, and drive to pragmatic financial outcomes.
Serve as a product leader and executor who can create and deliver against and influence the roadmap and strategy.
Partner closely with product and engineering leaders across Anywhere in developing and managing our product strategy for a complex portfolio of products.
Develop and grow talent through effective mentoring, development, coaching, and inspiring with a focus on talent management that grows in a fast-paced environment.
Partner closely with Product Marketing and Client Success to develop collateral, messaging, customer enablement and go-to-market strategies for Cartus products.

10+ years of experience in product management leadership
Experience launching products and capabilities
Building, mentoring and leading high performing product teams with empathy and customer first mindset
Data driven, outcome focused and relentless problem solver
Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning is a bonus
Versed in agile product management methodology and tools
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Demonstrated passion for improving the product experience with specific focus on driving conversion and improving ROI
Experience shipping products and delivering impact for engineers, solving technical and operational problems as they relate to product development
Ability to communicate closely with engineering, data, product leadership, business counterparts and external clients.
Ability to lead large, cross-functional groups of people to deliver on team’s mission
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
